Because I'm posting this 3 days late, I've decided to extend the challenge for an extra week. I'm hoping that this will allow for more people to participate.

For this challenge, I want you to make icons of when Doctor Who made you happy. For example; the everybody lives moment from the Doctor in the Doctor Dances, When Jack finds out that Rose is still alive in Utopia, Donna meeting the Doctor again in Partners in Crime, Rory & Amy getting married, etc. If it made you happy, you can icon it :D
