Got it! I hadn't watched the preview/read any spoilers back then so I had no idea about Bill. ;)

The one for secondary companions, would that be only for classic Doctor Who?

Oh, sorry! I posted that after the official casting announcement, so I hope I didn't spoil you!

Nope, I mean like anyone who isn't in the opening credits as the 'official' companion - so it would be people like Rita, Nardle, Mickey, Rosita ... anyone who travelled/had an adventure with the Doctor without being in that official companion slot.
